Likwidacja szpitali i sierocińca, masowe egzekucje na ulicach i w bramach, ucieczki kanałami i wyciąganie Żydów z prowizorycznych bunkrów… Podczas dwudniowej akcji likwidacyjnej krakowskiego getta okrucieństwo Niemców przekroczyło wszelkie możliwe granice. Dowodzeni przez Amona Goetha zamordowali od 2 do 3 tysięcy mieszkańców. Pozostałe 6-8 tysięcy wywieziono do obozu Plaszow.

Liquidation of hospitals and the orphanage, mass executions in the streets and doorways, escapes through the sewers, and dragging Jews out from makeshift bunkers. During the two-day liquidation of the Kraków Ghetto, the German cruelty exceeded any limits imaginable. Commanded by Amon Goeth, they murdered between 2000 and 3000 of its residents. The remaining ones, in the number of from 6000 to 8000, were deported to KL Plaszow.
