Filharmonia Krakowska zaprasza na wydarzenie, które w sposób syntetyczny – przez prezentację jego najbardziej znaczących dzieł – ujmuje twórczość jednego z najwybitniejszych symfoników w dziejach muzyki. Podczas Gustav Mahler Festival z symfoniami austriackiego kompozytora, od Drugiej po Dziewiątą, mierzyć się będą Orkiestra FK oraz goście: Polska Orkiestra Radiowa, Sinfonia Iuventus i Orkiestra Filharmonii Poznańskiej, a za dyrygenckim pulpitem staną m.in. Sascha Goetzel, Michał Klauza, Antoni Wit, Gabor Hollerung i Łukasz Borowicz.

You hear “Mahler,” and you think “symphony”! The Kraków Philharmonic invites you to an event that offers a comprehensive look at the work of one of the greatest symphonists in the history of music – through performances of his most significant compositions. During the Gustav Mahler Festival, symphonies by the Austrian composer – from the Second to the Ninth – will be performed by the Kraków Philharmonic Orchestra and guest ensembles: the Polish Radio Orchestra, Sinfonia Iuventus, and the Poznań Philharmonic Orchestra. Conductors will include Sascha Goetzel, Michał Klauza, Antoni Wit, Gabor Hollerung, and Łukasz Borowicz.
