Wieczór flamenco/ Flamenco Evening

28 lutego obchodzimy 46. rocznicę ustanowienia autonomii Andaluzji. W regionie świętowanie trwa oczywiście dłużej niż jeden dzień. Cały Semana Blanca/Cultural — oprócz oficjalnych uroczystości —wypełniają liczne imprezy kulturalne i kulinarne, a na ulicach królują muzyka, śpiew, taniec i jedzenie. Kilka dni wcześniej proponujemy spotkanie z niezwykłym rejonem Hiszpanii, gdzie przez setki lat, dzięki wpływom mauretańskim, celtyckim, iberyjskim, rzymskim i żydowskim, powstała wyjątkowa kultura. Oprócz opowieści zaprezentujemy tańce i pieśni typowe dla Andaluzji – nie tylko flamenco.

On February 28th, we celebrate the 46th anniversary of the establishment of Andalusia’s autonomy. In the region, the celebrations naturally last longer than just one day. The entire Semana Blanca/Cultural — besides the official ceremonies — is filled with numerous cultural and culinary events, and the streets are alive with music, singing, dancing, and food.

A few days earlier, we invite you to discover this extraordinary region of Spain, where, over hundreds of years, a unique culture developed under the influence of Moorish, Celtic, Iberian, Roman, and Jewish traditions. In addition to stories, we will present dances and songs typical of Andalusia — not only flamenco.
