Ponad 1000-letnia tradycja ponownie ożyje u stóp Kopca Krakusa, gdzie 7 kwietnia spotkają się rekonstruktorzy, miłośnicy historii i kultury dawnych Słowian. Tradycyjne Święto Rękawki to jedno z najbardziej rozpoznawalnych wydarzeń plenerowych w Polsce. W tym roku odbędzie się w wyjątkowej, fabularnej odsłonie – pod hasłem „Zbrodnia i kara”!

Dziś Rękawka łączy tradycję z nowoczesną formą widowiska historyczno-edukacyjnego, przyciągając co roku dziesiątki tysięcy mieszkańców i turystów. To unikalny wehikuł czasu, który poprzez rekonstrukcje historyczne, inscenizacje, rzemiosło, muzykę, obrzędy i działania edukacyjne przenosi uczestników w świat dawnych wierzeń, praw, codziennych obyczajów i wspólnoty.

Over a thousand-year-old tradition will once again come to life at the foot of Krakus Mound, where on 7 April reenactors, history enthusiasts, and admirers of early Slavic culture will gather. The traditional Rękawka Festival is one of the most recognizable open-air events in Poland. This year it will take place in a special narrative edition under the theme “Crime and Punishment.”

Today, Rękawka combines tradition with a modern form of historical and educational spectacle, attracting tens of thousands of residents and tourists every year. It is a unique time machine that, through historical reenactments, staged performances, traditional crafts, music, rituals, and educational activities, transports participants into the world of ancient beliefs, laws, everyday customs, and community life.
