Co to za miasto pod Kopcem Kraka? A może w cieniu Kopca, albo przy Kopcu? Miasto pod górą czyli Podgórze ale gdzie te góry? Podczas spaceru opowiemy gdzie znajdowało się miasto Podgórze, dlaczego dziś już nie jest miastem, jakie było, kto je założył, kto tum mieszka i dlaczego od dawna Kraków na Rękawkę przyjeżdża właśnie do Podgórza. Spacer śladami historii dawnego miasta Podgórza poprowadzi dr Robert Gaweł.
W czasie całego święta pod kopcem Krakusa będzie też dostępne stoisko Muzeum Krakowa, gdzie będzie można nabyć muzealne wydawnictwa oraz gadżety i pamiątki.

What city lies beneath Krakus Mound? Or perhaps in its shadow—or by the mound itself? A city “below the hill,” that is Podgórze—but where are these hills? During the walk, we will talk about where the town of Podgórze was located, why it is no longer an independent city today, what it used to be like, who founded it, who lived there, and why for so long people from Kraków have come דווקא to Podgórze for the Rękawka Festival. The walk, following the traces of the former town of Podgórze, will be led by Dr. Robert Gaweł.

Throughout the event at Krakus Mound, there will also be a stand of the Museum of Kraków, where visitors will be able to purchase museum publications, as well as gadgets and souvenirs.
