Baletowa wersja znanej baśni o Kopciuszku, dwóch złośliwych siostrach i okrutnej macosze. Jej twórcą jest wybitny choreograf pochodzący z Mediolanu Giorgio Madia. Solista Baletu Béjarta i San Francisco Ballet dziś tworzy własne przedstawienia na scenach muzycznych Wiednia i Berlina. „Kopciuszek” w jego interpretacji został wzbogacony o nowe znaczenia przy zachowaniu uniwersalnego sensu przypowieści. Łączy w sobie subtelny liryzm z ironią i poczuciem humoru, wyróżnia się oryginalnym językiem choreografii, zaskakuje widowiskowością. Warstwę muzyczną spektaklu stanowią fragmenty utworów operowych i kameralnych G. Rossiniego. To wzruszające i pełne humoru przedstawienie adresowane jest zarówno dla młodych jak i dorosłych Widzów.

A ballet version of the well-known tale of Cinderella, two mischievous sisters and a cruel stepmother. Its creator is the eminent Milan-based choreographer Giorgio Madia. A soloist with the Béjart Ballet and San Francisco Ballet, today he creates his own performances on the musical stages of Vienna and Berlin. 'Cinderella' in his interpretation has been enriched with new meanings while retaining the universal sense of the parable. It combines subtle lyricism with irony and humour, stands out for its original language of choreography, and surprises with its spectacularity. The musical layer of the performance consists of excerpts from opera and chamber works by G. Rossini. This touching and humorous performance is aimed at both young and adult audiences.
