Noc Tańca 2026

W bogatym programie organizowanej po raz dziewiąty Nocy Tańca znajdą się w tym roku aż trzy potańcówki z muzyką na żywo: folkowa (zespół Pieśniara), jazzowa (Boba Jazz Band) i swingowa (grupa KMiTa Swing). Na scenach plenerowych i widowiskowych zaplanowano różnorodne pokazy tańców i przedstawienia taneczno-teatralne, a także warsztaty i lekcje.

Krakowski Teatr Tańca pokaże Szach-mat!, spektakl, w którym partia szachów staje się metaforą gry o władzę oraz podziałów społecznych, grupa Wataha Drums zaprezentuje widowisko taneczno-multimedialne Alien Worlds, a Balet Dworski Cracovia Danza zaprosi na Wesele w Ojcowie.

Spośród mnóstwa innych propozycji ciekawie zapowiada się też powarsztatowy pokaz Hold onto dance, wynik wspólnej pracy choreografek Moniki Szpunar i Evy Mory González z osobami 65+, oraz warsztaty dla mam.

In the rich program of the ninth edition of the Night of Dance, there will be as many as three dance parties with live music this year: a folk one (featuring the band Pieśniara), a jazz one (Boba Jazz Band), and a swing one (the group KMiTa Swing). A variety of dance shows and dance-theatre performances are planned on outdoor and stage venues, along with workshops and classes.

The Kraków Dance Theatre will present Checkmate!, a performance in which a game of chess becomes a metaphor for power struggles and social divisions. The group Wataha Drums will showcase the dance and multimedia spectacle Alien Worlds, while the Cracovia Danza Court Ballet will invite audiences to A Wedding in Ojców.

Among many other offerings, highlights also include the post-workshop presentation Hold onto dance, the result of a collaboration between choreographers Monika Szpunar and Eva Mory González with participants aged 65+, as well as workshops for mothers.
