Krakowskie Spotkania z Muzyką Cerkiewną 2026/ Krakow Orthodox Church Music Encounters 2026

Centrum Kultury Podgórza zapowiada kolejną edycję cenionego przez melomanów cyklu „Krakowskie Spotkania z Muzyką Cerkiewną”. Pierwszy koncert już 10 maja w wyjątkowej przestrzeni Cerkwi Prawosławnej Zaśnięcia Najświętszej Marii Panny przy ul. Szpitalnej 24 w Krakowie.

Podczas spotkań prezentowane są najlepsze zespoły chóralne wykonujące muzykę sakralną prawosławia. Wykonawcy to laureaci światowych festiwali, koncertujący w Europie i na całym świecie. W cyklu wystąpiło już kilkadziesiąt zespołów reprezentujących różne style wykonania, programy i repertuar. Centrum Kultury Podgórza miało zaszczyt zaprezentować krakowskiej publiczności zarówno zespoły o światowej renomie i sławie, jak również małe chóry parafialne, zachwycające publiczność autentyzmem wykonów.

Tegoroczny cykl będzie odbywał się w Cerkwi Prawosławnej Zaśnięcia NMP przy ul. Szpitalnej 24, a także w Klubie Tyniec przy ul. Dziewiarzy 7 W dniach 10 – 24 maja, cyklowi towarzyszyć będzie wystawa fotografii „Bułgarskie cerkwie”. Wstęp na wystawę wolny.

Bilety na koncerty kosztują 35 zł (normalny) oraz 30 zł (ulgowy dla posiadaczy karty „Podgórze w Kulturze” lub „Karty Seniora CKP”). Wydarzenia towarzyszące – wystawy oraz oprowadzanie – są dostępne bezpłatnie.

The Podgórze Cultural Centre announces a new edition of the highly regarded concert series “Krakow Encounters with Orthodox Church Music,” popular among classical music enthusiasts. The first concert will take place on May 10 in the unique setting of the Orthodox Church of the Dormition of the Blessed Virgin Mary at 24 Szpitalna Street in Kraków.

These events feature some of the finest choral ensembles performing sacred Orthodox music. The performers are laureates of international festivals and regularly tour across Europe and worldwide. Over the years, the series has hosted dozens of choirs representing a wide range of performance styles, programs, and repertoires. The Podgórze Cultural Centre has had the honour of presenting to Kraków audiences both world-renowned ensembles and small parish choirs, appreciated for the authenticity of their performances.

This year’s edition will take place in the Orthodox Church of the Dormition of the Blessed Virgin Mary at Szpitalna Street 24, as well as at the Tyniec Club at Dziewiarzy Street 7. From May 10 to 24, the series will be accompanied by the photography exhibition “Bulgarian Churches.” Admission to the exhibition is free.

Tickets for the concerts cost 35 PLN (regular) and 30 PLN (reduced, for holders of the “Podgórze in Culture” card or the CKP Senior Card). Accompanying events — exhibitions and guided tours — are free of charge.
