Persona K2

Według Carla Gustawa Junga „persona” to nasze drugie „ja” stworzone dla innych po to, by zaspokoić ich oczekiwania. Ukrywa się za nią „cień” – nasze mroczne pokusy i złe skłonności. Tytułowe ‘K2’ symbolizuje dwie kobiety: matkę i córkę, których relacja wykracza poza granice realizmu. W spektaklu Aktorki uosabiają – a więc PERSONIFIKUJĄ – postacie MATKI I CÓRKI, oparte na jungowskim pojęciu PERSONY i jej CIENIA.

Sztuka czerpie inspiracje z przepełnionych emocjonalnymi pejzażami filmów Ingmara Bergmana, takich jak „Persona” i „Jesienna sonata”, tworząc nowe, pełne napięcia interpretacje.

According to Carl Gustav Jung, the 'persona' is our second self created for others in order to satisfy their expectations. Hiding behind it is the 'shadow' – our dark temptations and evil inclinations. The 'K2' of the title symbolises two women: a mother and a daughter whose relationship goes beyond the limits of realism. In the performance, the actresses embody – and therefore PERSONIFY – the characters of the Mother and the Daughter, based on the Jungian notion of the PERSONA and its SHADOW.

The play draws inspiration from Ingmar Bergman's emotion-filled landscapes in films such as “Persona” and “Autumn Sonata”, creating new, suspenseful interpretations.
