Hasłem przewodnim tegorocznej odsłony festiwalu Musica Divina będzie: Media vita (in morte sumus). Przed nami kolejne koncerty, artyści, miejsca i opowieści, które – jak zawsze – będą prowadzić przez muzykę ku temu, co najgłębsze.

Hasło tegorocznej edycji zostało zaczerpnięte z chorałowej antyfony Media vita in morte sumus – Pośrodku życia jesteśmy zanurzeni w śmierć – i z tą myślą organizatorzy zapraszają nas do przebywania pośród jednych z najpiękniejszych tradycji muzyki sakralnej Europy. Dotkniemy tematów przemijania, kruchości człowieka i poszukiwania nadziei, odnajdując w nich blask wieczności i afirmację życia.

The theme of this year’s edition of the Musica Divina festival will be: Media vita (in morte sumus). We have more concerts, artists, venues and stories ahead of us, which – as always – will guide us, through music, towards what lies deepest within.

The theme of this year’s edition is taken from the choral antiphon *Media vita in morte sumus* – In the midst of life we are immersed in death – and with this in mind, the organisers would like to invite us to immerse ourselves in some of Europe’s most beautiful traditions of sacred music. We will explore themes of transience, human frailty and the search for hope, discovering in them the radiance of eternity and an affirmation of life.
