Festiwal Pierogów 2026/ Pierogi Festival 2026

Na stoiskach przygotowanych przez Krakowską Kongregację Kupiecką królować będą nie tylko tradycyjne smaki pierogów ruskich, z serem na słodko albo z kapustą i grzybami, ale też te sezonowe – ze świeżymi borówkami, bobem czy kurkami – aż po bardziej śmiałe, jak z burakami czy na słodko z czekoladą.

Na smakoszy będzie czekać wiele stoisk z pierogami i restauracji, które zaserwują swoje popisowe dania w najróżniejszej postaci.

Nie zabraknie konkursów. Za najlepsze pierogi ruskie zwycięzcy otrzymają statuetkę św. Jacka. Druga statuetka – króla Kazimierza Wielkiego trafi w ręce tych, którzy zrobią te jedyne, wyjątkowe – najlepsze pierogi! Jak co roku poznamy też zwycięzcę w kategorii Pierogi Dowolne. Ponownie zwycięzców w obu kategoriach wytypuje jury.

At the stalls prepared by the Krakow Merchants’ Congregation, visitors will find not only traditional pierogi flavours such as potato and cheese, sweet cheese, or sauerkraut and mushroom, but also seasonal varieties – with fresh blueberries, broad beans or chanterelle mushrooms – as well as more adventurous creations, such as beetroot or sweet chocolate pierogi.

Food lovers will be able to explore numerous stalls and restaurants serving their signature pierogi in a wide variety of flavours and styles.

The festival will also feature competitions. The winners of the competition for the best traditional potato-and-cheese pierogi will receive the St. Hyacinth statuette. The second statuette, featuring King Casimir the Great, will go to those who create the one-of-a-kind, exceptional – and best – pierogi! As every year, a winner will also be selected in the “Any Pierogi” category. The winners in both categories will once again be chosen by a jury.
