Miałem wielkie szczęście współpracować ze wspaniałym zespołem naukowców, muzyków, filmowców i grafików, aby połączyć kosmologię, biologię, filozofię i historię na największym i najnowocześniejszym ekranie LED, z najlepszym nagłośnieniem i oświetleniem, jakie udało mi się znaleźć. Mam nadzieję, że spektakl stanie się dla widzów wszechstronnym doświadczeniem – i że każdy, niezależnie od tego, czy kocha naukę, muzykę, historię, czy po prostu kontempluje piękno natury, wyjdzie z niego z czymś nowym do przemyślenia”.

Brian Cox to angielski astrofizyk i fizyk teoretyczny, Szerzej znany jako prezenter telewizyjnych programów naukowych produkowanych przez BBC, autor licznych książek popularnonaukowych oraz blisko tysiąca publikacji naukowych. Od lat związany z instytucjami naukowym jak CERN i DESY, laureat licznych nagród i wyróżnień.

Jest jednym z najbardziej rozpoznawalnych naukowców na świecie, znany z umiejętności przekazywania złożonych koncepcji naukowych w sposób przystępny dla szerokiej publiczności.

Following the global success of the ‘Horizons’ shows, which were seen by almost half a million people worldwide, including over 4,000 in Warsaw and Poznań, Professor Brian Cox presents the premiere of ‘Emergence’.

Brian Cox: “Creating ‘Emergence’ was a great pleasure for me – it’s the most ambitious production I’ve ever written. I was extremely fortunate to work with a wonderful team of scientists, musicians, filmmakers and graphic designers to bring together cosmology, biology, philosophy and history on the largest and most state-of-the-art LED screen, with the best sound system and lighting I could find. I hope the performance will be a multifaceted experience for the audience – and that everyone, whether they love science, music or history, or simply appreciate the beauty of nature, will come away with something new to think about."

Brian Cox is an English astrophysicist and theoretical physicist. He is best known as the presenter of science programmes produced by the BBC, and is the author of numerous popular science books and nearly a thousand scientific publications. He has been associated with scientific institutions such as CERN and DESY for many years, and is the recipient of numerous awards and honours.

He is one of the world’s most recognisable scientists, known for his ability to explain complex scientific concepts in a way that is accessible to a wide audience.
