Festiwal „Synestezje. Muzyka. Plastyka. Sprowokować nowe doznania i zbadać nieznane obszary.
The ‘Synesthesia. Music. Art. Word' Festival has since its inception been convincing the audience that words, sounds and images create a common ground for the reception of art and that, in principle, each of us as its recipients is a bit of a synesthetic. The creators’ aim is to connect with artists who, when composing, see images in their minds’ eye; when writing lyrics, hear their melody; and when painting a picture, sense its tones and meaning. The creative process is mysterious and organic; it is common to all, yet, paradoxically, unique to each individual. It is a phenomenon that makes one want to carry out an experiment on it. To provoke new sensations and explore uncharted territory.
HEAR A PICTURE, PAINT A WORD, GIVE COLOUR TO MUSIC
The main theme of this year’s 14th edition of the festival will be the weather. We’ll be taking a closer look at atmospheric phenomena, shifting weather fronts, the elements and the climate – both the weather outside and the climate in relationships and human emotions.
